I DONNO WHAT TO SAY WHAT I CAN DO IS THIS...
May I know do all of you really want to perform for Mr Ong? All your effort and your attitude don seen like! I asked all of you before " if all of you want to perform, please put in all your effort. If you are not willing to, everything is meaningless!" That time all of you made your choice but what is last friday all about?! two week ago, you all played with your effort is good enough for Mr Ong! but last week all of you played with empty heart and wihtout any effort! the whole song is like shit! Every week, I see lesser and lesser come to the practice. Do all of you know how I or others that put in effort feel? To me, is a disappointment and sad! I promised Ms Tan that we will sure put on a good show but what you all did now will disappoint her! Is true that give up is a better choice but do you know you will be wasting your time for coming for every friday? do you know that you are wasting your effort? and this is unfair to those who really want to perform for Mr Ong? How hard we try to make it come true but all of you just want to give up?! All of you are just selfish! Everytime I get the scolding! Do all of you know that? Even the senior think that I ruined the Band! Even Ms Tan told me I 'm the worst leader she ever had... I really felt that I'm a failure as a leader. I can't let all of you put your true heart to play for Mr Ong. I agreed I'm the worst leader but can all of you just put in your effort once? I can agree any complain like I backstab, make use of ppl, Useless, ruined everything and the band also don respect me...everything that all of you said, I can keep to myself but I really wish all of you will respect my decision once and that is enough... I promised...I really don wan all of you to waste your effort and time... I really thought this time is the only chance to prove to the senior that I really can do something to help the band and not to ruin it. Someone even said that all of you are just entertain me... if this is true then all of you just tell me... This means all of you really don wish to perform for Mr Ong...Last thing I want to tell all of you is the choice is yours... I will still stay back tomorrow at 2pm at Band room and wait for all of you...
